Kitnets.com is a digital platform whose purpose is to:

• Publish advertisements for kitnet/studio type properties
• Provide tools, simulators, and content related to the real estate market
• Offer technological resources for owners, advertisers, and users interested in leasing, financing, or real estate management

Kitnets.com does not act as a real estate agency, broker, administrator, mandatory intermediary, or party in negotiations.

3. Eligibility

By using the Platform, the User declares that they:

• Are 18 years of age or older, or have legal capacity to accept these Terms
• Will provide true, complete, and updated information
• Will use the Platform only for lawful purposes

4. Registration and User Account

Some functionalities may require registration. The User is responsible for:

• Immediately reporting any unauthorized use

Kitnets.com may, at its discretion:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Remove advertisements or content
• Restrict access

Whenever there is a violation of these Terms, the law, or misuse of the Platform.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Kitnets.com Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018). By using the Platform, the User agrees to this processing.

11. Changes to Terms

Kitnets.com may change these Terms at any time. The updated version will come into effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the changes.

12. Legislation and Forum

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The forum of the district of domicile of the legal representative of Kitnets.com is elected, waiving any other, unless otherwise provided by law.
